About the Group
Alpha Management Consulting Group is the holding company of a multidisciplinary professional services group comprising Alpha Management Consulting, Alpha Tax & Management SARL, and Alpha Finance Management. The Group delivers advisory, tax, legal, and financial management services to SMEs and large enterprises operating in complex regulatory environments.
Our Experience & Expertise
Through our specialized entity, Alpha Tax & Management, we bring nearly 25 years of experience in providing legal, tax, customs, and social assistance to both SMEs and large organizations. Our expertise covers the design and implementation of fiscal, customs, and social procedures, ongoing legal and tax support, preventive tax audits, assistance during tax inspections, and the structuring and follow-up of tax, customs, and social litigation cases.
To date, we have carried out over 200 tax litigation assignments, positioning us as a reference player in fiscal dispute management and tax risk mitigation.
Our Philosophy & Approach
Leadership & Governance
Alpha Management Consulting Group operates under a classic and transparent governance model. The Group is managed by a statutory partner responsible for defining strategic direction and coordinating operational execution.
Raphaël Fossouo Tadié serves as the Group’s statutory manager.
Alpha Tax & Management is placed under the administrative responsibility of Boniface Kaffo, who also oversees technical operations. Over the years, the Group’s tax-related engagements have remained stable and central to its overall activity.
